Irish Pagan School Terms and Conditions

The Irish Pagan School (IPS) is an online learning platform at irishpaganschool.ie (also irishpaganschool.com and irishpagan.school), offering educational content, courses, and resources to support authentic personal and private engagement with Irish tradition, spirituality, and culture.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any IPS course, resource, community, or website feature, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

 

3. Intended Use

IPS provides all content, courses, and community resources for your individual, personal, and private spiritual study and development only.

  • No Group Access: Purchase does not grant permission to broadcast, share, or display content in groups, classrooms, circles, or similar settings, whether in-person or online.

  • No Teaching or Redistribution: You may not teach, reproduce, adapt, or distribute IPS material to others—whether for payment or free of charge, in private or on any digital platform—without explicit written consent from IPS.

All materials provided by IPS—including but not limited to video, audio, written content, downloadable resources, images, class recordings, transcripts, and community discussion—are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You agree not to:

  • Download, record, copy, distribute, share, upload, repackage, or use any part of our content for any commercial, teaching, or public purpose.

  • Use IPS material to create derivative works, rebrand, or adapt for your own courses, social media, books, podcasts, or any form of public sharing.

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on any IPS content.

By participating in IPS courses, events, or online communities, you agree to treat all learners, teachers, and staff with respect—honouring our shared values of inclusivity, anti-oppression, and the ongoing work of building a world rooted in justice, compassion, and authentic community.

If your values do not align with these commitments, IPS is not the right space for you.

By participating, you agree that you will:

Breaches of community standards will result in removal from current and future IPS offerings without refund.

 

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as specified during course registration or purchase.

  • Prices include VAT and applicable taxes as required.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once access to course materials has been granted, except in specifically stated offers, or as required by Irish or EU law.

  • If you are unsure about a course or require accessibility assistance, please contact us before purchase.

 

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

IPS provides educational and spiritual guidance based on Irish tradition and scholarship. Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

  • IPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform, resources, or communities.

  • Access to the website and courses is provided ‘as is’ without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted service.
