The fact that it's structured into different sections made it easier for me to follow and allowed me to pop in and out as I needed to without having to pinpoint where I was if it were a singular video. The creating a personal plan section is a welcome addition for me as it's something I've struggled with without having that direct direction. The main topics is also a brilliant help. This is definitely going to help me in my daily practices.
