Daily Irish Spiritual Practice for Busy Lives

If you've started a spiritual practice more than once and it held for a while and then failed, this guide is written for you. We won't hand you more to read and we won't be tellin ya to just try harder, because the practices in here are built to survive your worst day rather than just your best ones.

  • Mindful moments with nature spirits, 1 min.
  • Spoken practice with Brigid, 1 min.
  • Morning grounding with the Dagda, 2 mins.
  • Making simple offerings, 3 min.
  • Reading and reflection on Irish lore, 5 to 10 min.

You choose one and only do that for about a week, and when you've got it down you add whichever of the others appeals to you. Each practice follows the Learn, Experience, Integrate shape we teach at the school, so you understand what you're doing, you actually do it, and it's not just a thing you tried once and failed at... it becomes a part of your life.

Your Irish Connection

Lora O'Brien is an Irish Draoi and has been a Priest of the MĂłrrĂgan since 2004, with an MA in Irish Regional History, eight published books behind her and more than thirty years of her own practice.

Jon O'Sullivan is an Irish author and traditional storyteller working in the old ways of Irish storytelling, one of very few Irish working priests of the Dagda, and a tour guide at the Tara complex.

They founded the Irish Pagan School together in County Waterford in 2017, and they both live and work here in Ireland, so everything they teach and share comes to you straight from a native Irish source rather than second hand through somebody else's misunderstood or misappropriated version of it.
