Yes, I'm ReadyYOU'RE NOT BROKEN
Steadiness Is Possible, Even for YouÂ
You know the pattern by now:
-
You start with genuine intention, daily practices or weekly rituals that feel meaningful and right.
-
Life gets heavy, your energy drops, everything feels like too much, and you drift away again.
-
You feel guilty, like you've failed at something that matters deeply to you.
-
You promise yourself this time will be different, but you're not sure how to make it stick.
What If This Time Actually Was Different?
Â
Find Your Way Back is an 8-week Programme run by Lora O'Brien and Jon O'Sullivan.
You won't learn how to be 'more disciplined' or force yourself into routines that don't fit your life. You'll learn how to build an Irish Pagan spiritual practice that works with your real energy, your actual brain just as it is, and the life you're living right now, held by shared community rhythm and gentle structure so you're not carrying it alone.
Find Your Way Back - 8 Week Programme
If you're ready for steadiness, join the waiting list for priority opportunity to enroll in our next programme cohort.
This Programme Is NOT For You If...
-
You are looking for more deep dive content to consume or study (this programme solves practice consistency, not knowledge gaps).
-
You need someone to hold you accountable, track your progress, or push you to finish assignments (The Meitheal group is mutual support, not micro management).
-
You expect eight weeks to fix everything or transform you into someone with perfect discipline (this programme teaches you how to return, not how to never fall off).
This Programme IS Made For You If...
-
You keep drifting away from your Irish Pagan practice (because, life) and you are ready to learn how to return to it without shame or guilt.
-
Your energy, time, or neurodivergent brain makes most spiritual advice feel impossible, and you need practices that actually fit your capacity.
-
You are tired of doing this alone, in isolation, and you need an accountable shared rhythm and Meitheal group support to hold you steady.

We asked: What is Blocking You Right Now?
"I'm going to be very honest for the sake of your intention. For me, right now, it's motivation and a bit of overwhelm. I'm dealing with some medical issues and a bit of a neuro divergent brain. Fatigue is sometimes real and all I can do is listen to some of the podcast or one of your videos online. And sometimes, I've just had a long day at work and somehow Facebook grabs my attention and, before I know it, it's bedtime. I'll sit down at my computer and notice it needs a dusting and somehow I end up reorganising my altar. It could be a neurodivergent brain, it could be I'm overwhelmed by all the content out there. The Cuairteoir workbook has been so, so helpful because there is a path. Sometimes we just need to know where to start. Your video on a Simple Daily Irish Pagan practice was also really helpful. Not just the simple acts, but how we can build on them."
– Shannon, Cuairteoir Student at the Irish Pagan School
What if I fall behind or miss a week?
I'm neurodivergent and struggle with motivation and focus. Will this actually work for me?
What if I'm not Irish or don't live in Ireland?
I don't have much time or energy or focus right now. Is this going to be one more thing I can't keep up with?
Is there a payment plan?
I've been doing this alone for so long. How does the community support actually work?
How long do I have access to the materials?
